BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, NOV 17 – The Department of Electrical Services (JPE) has established a Help Center TID Rollover in relation to TID Rollover which will happen on November 24.
The establishment of the aid center is to reduce the impact TID Rollover for customers who use prepaid meters nationwide.
In addition, the help center which consists of a combination of government agencies namely JPE and private agencies such as Syarikat Unified Smart Metering Services (USMS) Sdn Bhd and Talian Darussalam 123 is expected to help launch and reduce issues that are likely to arise after November 24 later
The help center will start operating from November 18 to December 7 and it will operate 24 hours a day.
On that occasion, the JPE calls on customers who use STAR, INHE and PLESSEY brand meters who have not yet registered for meter conversion to contact USMS Sdn Bhd Company for the scheduling of meter conversion to ensure continuity of electricity supply.
Meanwhile, for ACTARIS, CONLOG, LANDIS GYR and STAR (STS Upgraded) prepaid meter customers who have not reset the prepaid meter can get a reset code at JPE branch counters nationwide.
JPE payment counters operate every Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8am to 2:30pm.
The public can also visit the payment counter that operates on Fridays from 8am to 11am (starting from 15 November to 7 December 2024) for clarification on pre-paid meter reset or to obtain a reset code.
In addition, customers can also obtain a reset code through JPE’s official website www.des.gov.bn and press the TID Rollover button. Customers only need to enter the meter number and a reset code will be provided. There is no charge to get the reset code.

Customers who have tokens that have been purchased through the JPE counter, through online banking or CDM machines must enter the tokens before performing a Prepaid Meter Reset.
