Curiosities and celebrities: The Crown Prince family will greet the children’s train in Asker from the stairs at Skaugum from 08.15 on 17 May, while the royal family will greet the children’s train in Oslo from the castle balcony from 10.30. It informs The royal house on its pages on Monday.

At the moment, Princess Ingrid Alexandra is serving her initial service at the Skjold military camp in Brigade Nord in Indre Troms. In the official program however, it appears that she will be present both at Skaugum and the castle balcony. Last year she was absent when she was drunk.

Se og Hør’s royal house expert Caroline Vagle says Dagbladet that the prince will be absent on 17 May.

– Prince Sverre Magnus is drunk and will therefore shine with his absence on the balcony on 17 May this year. The same applies at Skaugum when the crown prince’s family will greet the children’s train there in the morning, says Vagle.
