Woman’s car stolen at gunpoint: Lakewood Police Blotter

LAKEWOOD, Ohio –

Robbery: Bunts Road

The police department at 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 3 received a call reporting that a woman had just been robbed at gunpoint and two teenage males took her vehicle, according to a police event report.

Police officers received descriptions of two suspects, one displaying a firearm.

An automated license plate reading camera spotted the vehicle at 1:25 a.m. at Buckeye and Shaker Boulevard in Cleveland, according to a police event report. The Cleveland Police Department was involved in the investigation.

Disorderly conduct: W. 117th Street

An officer at 11:14 p.m. on Nov. 3 charged a man with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and having an open container after he was spotted sitting in a parking lot singing and drinking a bottle of wine.

Disorderly conduct: Olivewood Avenue

A caller at 5:19 p.m. on Nov. 2 reported that an intoxicated woman had been arguing with family members and was threatening to drive. Officers arrived and arrested the woman for disorderly conduct while intoxicated, according to a police event report.

Breaking and entering: Sloane Avenue

The police department at 2:21 p.m. on Nov. 5 was notified that Immigrant Son Brewery had been broken into overnight through a garage window and money was missing, according to a police event report.

Breaking and entering: Detroit Avenue

The police department at 11:29 a.m. on Nov. 7 learned that Indian Garden restaurant on Detroit Avenue was broken into overnight and cash and alcohol were taken, according to a police event report.

OVI: Detroit Avenue

A male driver was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after the man’s vehicle at 3 a.m. on Nov. 7 was spotted sitting at a traffic light on Detroit Avenue at W. 117th Street through several cycles.

Receiving stolen property: Lake Avenue

A woman was arrested at 8:24 a.m. on Nov. 8 on Lake Avenue near Hird Avenue for receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia after an automated camera at Clifton Boulevard and W. 117th Street reported that a vehicle reported as stolen had entered the city.
