BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, OCT 14 – A total of 24 teams consisting of 15 male teams and 9 female teams competed in the Ten Pin Bowling Tournament in conjunction with the 68th Annual Formal Religious Education.
The tournament organized by the Department of Islamic Studies (JPI), Ministry of Religious Affairs (KHEU) was attended by officers and staff of the department and took place at Golden Bowling, Airport Mall, Berakas.
Present as the guest of honor was KHEU’s Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Religion), Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar who then completed the presentation of prizes to the winners.
The tournament is one of the initiatives and encouragement to the members of the department to be active in the field of sports to preserve physical and mental health in addition to fostering sportsmanship, friendship, friendship and brotherhood among the participants.
