BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 17 OCT – A total of 40 officers participated, completed and received their certificates in the Closing Ceremony of the Induction Course for New Local Officers Serving in the Ministry of Health for 2024 which took place at Dewan Al-Afiah, Ministry of Health, today.
Present to complete the official closing of the course and present certificates to the induction participants was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Haji Maswadi bin Haji Mohsin.
Also present at the ceremony was the Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary (Professional), Dr Hajah Rafidah binti Haji Gharif, heads of departments as well as officials and staff at the Ministry of Health.
The induction course for C3 and above officers who have just served in the Ministry of Health since 2021 is conducted by the Human Resource Development Division, Administration and Finance Department, Ministry of Health.
The four-day course starting on the 14th until today aims to provide exposure and basic knowledge about the country’s policies and philosophy, the mission, vision and goals of the Ministry of Health, work regulations in the public service as well as facilities in the public service.
In addition, the induction course is expected to be able to create teamwork among the officers, apply elements of Islamic values in medicine and health and introduce a positive work culture and ethics.
