BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 16 OCT – A total of 54 participants consisting of officials and staff under the Ministry of Religious Affairs (KHEU) have completed the Perfection of Prayer Workshop in conjunction with the Israk and Mikraj Celebration at the National Level in the Year 1445 Hijrah which was held for three days from 14 to 16 October .
In connection with that, the closing ceremony of the workshop was held this evening with the presentation of certificates and appreciation to the participants and the workshop at the Jerudong Sports Complex.
Present as the guest of honor at the ceremony and presenting certificates to the participants was the Director of the Islamic Dakwah Center (PDI), KHEU, Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah by Awang Jeffre bin Haji Putih from the Division of Islamic Proclamation Development.
Next, a welcome speech by the Head of the Islamic Syiar Development Division, KHEU, Haji Aziman bin Haji Awang Zaman as co-chairman of the workshop.
The ceremony was also enhanced with a video screening throughout the workshop.
Then, the presentation of certificates to the participants and workshops completed by the guest of honor.
To bless the ceremony, Doa Selamat was read by Awang Jeffre.
The workshop was held, among other things, to raise awareness about the importance of performing prayers correctly no matter where you are, in addition to learning and refining the procedures for performing ablutions and prayers while traveling, whether on a plane or on a ship.
Activities team building was also held on the last day of a workshop aimed at promoting effective collaboration and communication within the team.
