On Oct. 8 officers responded to a theft at Kohl’s where a man who had taken merchandise already left the area. A 63-year-old Cleveland man was identified after an investigation and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Drunk driving, Mastick Road
On Oct. 9 officers stopped a driver for a traffic violation near Clague Road. Signs of intoxication were observed and the driver was unable to complete field sobriety tests. The driver, a 43-year-old North Olmsted man, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a loaded firearm was found in his possession.
