The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received the Minister of Foreign Affairs today Dmitry Kuleba’s resignation and appointed 49-year-old Andrey Sibiga as his first deputy as the new foreign minister.
The parliament also approved the appointment of two new deputy prime ministers. The ruling “Servant of the People” faction proposed yesterday changes in the composition of the government and a number of new appointments.
