Borussia Dortmund midfielder Giovanni Reyna has to leave the US national team’s training camp early due to an injury. According to initial examinations, the 21-year-old has suffered a groin strain, the US Soccer Association announced.
Reyna was part of the squad for the USA’s friendly match against Canada. It is not yet clear whether the BVB professional will be fit for Dortmund’s next Bundesliga match on September 13 against league leaders 1. FC Heidenheim.
