Senior actress, Jasmin Hamid was surprised when she learned that her name made it past the group of 20 initial nominations for the Popular TV Supporting Actress category.

Jasmin or her real name, Jasmiah Abdul Hamid, 52, is grateful that her efforts and role as an actress to provide entertainment to the public is still appreciated until now.
The Pahang-born actor who started his acting career in the early 1990s also described his nomination as a gift from God for his efforts in the field of homeland arts.
“I am grateful that it is still accepted by the community to entertain and convey the heart to many people through acting.
“There are also questions about how long I want to continue acting, my answer is until I get old.
As long as I am healthy, accepted by people and God still allows me to continue to be in this field, I will continue.
“When I was involved in the art industry, it became my flesh and blood and I still want it.
