Any threat to territorial integrity of neighbors or redrawing of borders is a red line for Iran, stated Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
“Regional peace, security and stability is not just a preference, but a pillar of our national security.
Any threat to the territorial integrity of our neighbors from the north, south, east or west or redrawing the borders is absolutely unacceptable and is a red line for Iran,” the head of Iran’s foreign policy department wrote in X.
Tehran has stated many timeswhich respects the territorial integrity of Armenia and is against any change of internationally recognized borders, as well as any geopolitical change. Iran also emphasizedwhich considers the “Zangezur Corridor” harmful for Armenia.
