BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 9 SEPT – A total of 133 Year 11 and 10 students Express Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Masna High School (SM PAPHM) was celebrated in the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony which took place in the school hall, recently.
Present as the guest of honor and then presenting certificates to the khatam participants was the Head of the Counseling Division at the Ministry of Education, Haji Ali Yusri bin Abdul Ghafor.
Also present was the School Principal, Hajah Adinawati binti Haji Sarwadi as well as parents and guardians of the khatam participants who were celebrated.
The ceremony was held to celebrate students who have successfully completed the reading of the 30 parts of the Quran and students who will sit for the GCE and IGCSE Level O examinations this year.
At the ceremony, the parents and guardians of the students also sprinkled perfume on the khatam participants and the ceremony ended with the recitation of Doa Selamat by Haji Mohd Azmi bin Haji Redzuan.
