BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, SEPT 10 – His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has agreed to go and chair the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Brunei Shell Oil Company Sdn Bhd (BSP) to -412 and Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd’s (BSM) 190th Board of Directors Meeting for the third quarter of 2024 at the Prime Minister’s Department, today.
His Majesty’s departure was welcomed by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (JPM) and the Second Minister of Finance and Economy, the Honorable Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah and the Deputy Minister (Energy) in the JPM, Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah as members of the Board of Directors of BSP and BSM.
The meeting discussed the latest developments in important areas such as operations, security, finance and human resource development, as well as the long-term strategies of BSP and BSM for the coming years and beyond.
Also present at the meeting were stakeholders including shareholder directors representing Her Majesty’s government, Shell plc and Mitsubishi Corporation as well as leadership members from BSP and BSM.
