The Art and culture center “Rechenzentrum” will not initially receive an early extension of the rental contract. The BfW faction intends to submit a motion to extend the contract, which expires at the beginning of 2026, by five years. The majority of the newly constituted building committee, which met for the first time on Tuesday evening after the local elections in June, rejected the motion and agreed with the administration’s view.
