The Neuenhagen Oktoberfest took place between September 13th and 15th. Around 19,000 people live in the community, which is located on the eastern edge of Berlin.

A short video from a party in a bar on Sylt sparked nationwide outrage in May because guests were chanting “Germany for the Germans, foreigners out” along to Gigi D’Agostino’s well-known party hit. Since then, reports of similar incidents have been piling up.
