BELAIT, SEPT 16 – Brunei Institute of Technical Education (IBTE) Sultan Bolkiah Campus (SBC) in collaboration with Super Slim Fit Brunei has organized a health and fitness awareness program for students and teaching staff of the campus, recently.
The program aims to encourage regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, especially among campus residents who are busy with daily tasks.
Through the program, the campus hopes that fitness can become part of their daily routine, thus supporting efforts to achieve better physical and mental health.
In addition, it is also hoped to benefit the IBTE SBC Community Club, where many valuable health tips have been shared, as well as meaningful experiences among the participants.
Meanwhile, Principal of Super Slim Fit Brunei, Tan Sui Seng, said his side provides various types of exercise for all groups, including those with special needs, where exercise classes are offered in three languages, namely English, Malay and Mandarin to ensure widespread participation. .
