Rumah Produksi Merah, owned by Wings’ vocalist Datuk Awie, will bring together the country’s rock band through an event Rock Warrior Music Festival on November 23 and 24 next.
Featuring top rock bands Wings, Search (Kid and Din) and XPDC, this festival promises an unparalleled experience for all fans genres concerned.
According to Awie, organizing this festival is one of his efforts to revive the glory era of rock music by uniting the old and new generations. In fact, he is also committed to giving opportunities to bands new rock to highlight their potential and works.
“I believe this festival will be a center point that will shape the spirit of unity among music fans, whether they are old or new. Not only that, Rock Warrior Music Festival as a very suitable field to highlight new talent in the rock music industry.
“This unique platform gives new rock groups the opportunity to perform, impress the audience, and introduce their songs and original works to the world,” he said in a statement to mStar.
In addition, Awie also described this festival as a form of appreciation for loyal fans of rock music in Malaysia.
“Rock Warrior Music Festival is for all rock music fighters who never give up supporting genres this. We want to revive the spirit of rock, and bring an immersive experience to all who attend,” he explained.
This event will take place at KL Base Sungai Besi on 23 and 24 November 2024. Tickets are sold for as low as RM150 to RM250 and can be obtained through the UberTickets website since September 7. – Agency
