CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — With the annual Heights Music Hop just around the corner, state officials have approved the city’s application establishing a designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA).
The DORA will allow visitors to the city’s largest commercial district to carry open containers of alcohol along Lee Road as well as parking lots behind the storefronts.
