EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio – Police have identified several suspects from the Labor Day weekend shootings that left one dead and nine people wounded in three separate attacks.
On Tuesday, the city’s acting police chief, Kenneth Lundy, described the chaotic scene from Sept. 2 to reporters. He said officers carried a man who had been shot for two blocks to get to an EMS truck.
