An unknown man racially insulted and attacked a 17-year-old in Neuruppin. The perpetrator shouted the insult at the youth from a group on Friday evening, the Ostprignitz-Ruppin police said on Sunday. The same man then hit the boy on the head with the palm of his hand, according to the police. The 17-year-old later felt sick and was given medical treatment, it was reported. The criminal investigation department is now looking for the suspect, who is around 40 years old.
