Two children and a man were slightly injured in Berlin-Reinickendorf when their car crashed into pillars at a house entrance. They were taken to hospital after the accident, a fire department spokesman said. The man drove his car across the sidewalk into a house entrance and crashed into the pillars that support a balcony above the entrance.
These were badly damaged, said the spokesman. Because of the risk of collapse, the fire department installed two steel pipe supports. The residents of the apartment building were able to stay in the building. Further details were initially unclear.
