Nadia was cheated by a food truck company

Facing tests in business, Malaysian lawyer Nadia Annuar suffered a loss of RM40,000 due to being defrauded by a food truck company.

According to Nadia or Nadia Shahrul Annuar, 40, the loss had to be borne after she and a partner invested capital to open a food truck business.

However, the company failed to provide the promised return and even the food truck it operated suddenly disappeared.

“My partner and I invested in an existing food truck business owned by two men.

“We paid a capital of RM40,000 to start a new truck with them, but we noticed many problems arising in terms of management.

“Our truck was also found to be suddenly non-operating and disappeared from the original premises without sudden notice.

“They cannot deliver what they promised and all kinds of excuses are given every time a problem arises,” he said according to reports mStar.

Nadia clarified the matter in a post on InstaStory on Friday.

Nadia informed that she and her partner reached an agreement to cancel the contract with the company since the business was not profitable.

What’s more disappointing, the company still hasn’t returned the promised capital.

“We decided to cancel the contract and just ask for the capital money back.

“They agreed and admitted they were wrong but until today I have not received a single cent from them,” he explained.

Refusing to remain silent, the lawyer has taken legal action against the company. – Agency
