CLEVELAND, Ohio – Your “Moment of Zen” has arrived! Comedian-writer, political commentator and host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” Jon Stewart lands in Cleveland on Friday, November 22. Stewart will host his “An Evening with Jon Stewart” at Playhouse Square’s KeyBank State Theatre.

Tickets go on sale at noon today (Wednesday, September 25) at playhousesquare.org.

The long-running host of “The Daily Show” from 1999 to 2015, Stewart returned to the satirical news program in 2024. He hosted “The Problem with Jon Stewart” on Apple TV+ from 2021 to 2023.

While Stewart is best known for his biting political satire, he has also used his voice in sustained advocacy for 9/11 first responders and war veterans’ health benefits. In 2019, he received the New York City Bronze Medallion for his “tireless advocacy, inspiration, and leadership [helping to] pass the permanent authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fun Act.”

He was also instrumental in helping pass the Honoring our PACT Act of 2022, which expands health care access and funding to veterans exposed to toxic substances during their service.
