The Emirati “Modon Holding” Group announced that it had concluded cooperation agreements with the first group of partners and investors to develop the Ras El Hekma project in northwest Cairo on the Mediterranean Sea, in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
