CLEVELAND, Ohio — Game balls go out to the following players for their Week 7 performances of the high school football season.

⦁ Alex Affolter, Avon Lake: Affolter had a hand in all four Avon Lake touchdowns during a 28-0 win Friday against Elyria. Affolter threw three TD passes and finished with 186 yards on 11 of 14 attempts. He also rushed for a score, adding 31 yards on six carries.
⦁ Danny Alfieri, Kirtland: A senior running back, Alfieri scored three times in the first half and rushed for 87 yards on 12 carries in Kirtland’s 46-11 win at Berkshire.
⦁ Drayton Allgood, Chardon: A junior quarterback, Allgood rushed for 156 yards and two TDs in the Hilltoppers’ 52-0 rout of Willoughby South.
⦁ Luke Anzlovar, Maple Heights: A junior quarterback, Anzolvar completed 12 of 15 passes for 263 yards and six TDs in a 60-6 win vs. Shaw. Not only did he compile a high completion rate, but Anzlovar found 11 different receivers on those 12 passes.
⦁ Jason Baines, Copley: In a 62-7 win vs. Cuyahoga Falls, Baines scored four TDs with 238 yards rushing on 13 carries.
⦁ Zack Barnhart, North Ridgeville: Barnhart rushed for 208 yards with three TDs on 24 carries to pace the Rangers’ 38-20 rivalry win against Midview.
⦁ Jason Beverly, Norton: Beverly rushed for 161 yards and two TDs on 22 carries in the Panthers’ 54-6 win vs. Cloverleaf.
⦁ Johlil Blanchard, Revere: Blanchard rushed for 180 yards on 18 carries, including a 52-yard run that got Revere going in a 26-21 homecoming win vs. Barberton.
⦁ Nate Blasiole, Crestwood: Blasiole rushed for 301 yards and scored four times on 26 carries in Crestwood’s 58-26 win vs. Cardinal.
⦁ Dylan Borla, Highland: The Hornets’ senior quarterback engineered a 56-7 win vs. Kent Roosevelt with 275 yards passing and four TDs. Borla completed 12 of 15 passes.
⦁ Ethan Burge, Kenston: A freshman running back, Burge’s 121 yards on 23 carries paced Kenston’s 21-3 win vs. Mayfield. Burge also scored in the first quarter to set the tone.
⦁ Stephan Cain, Rocky River: His 21-yard field goal as time expired lifted Rocky River to a 17-16 win against North Olmsted.
⦁ Louie Castellarin, Hudson: Castellarin hauled in 10 passes from Nathan Judy for 163 yards and three TDs in the Explorers’ 35-0 win at Brecksville-Broadview Heights.
⦁ Cy Christensen, Clearview: The junior quarterback threw three TD passes with 203 yards on 12 of 18 attempts in a 28-6 win against Firelands.
⦁ Jack Dinwiddie, Wadsworth: His extra point in overtime sealed Wadsworth’s 37-36 victory against Nordonia in a showdown of undefeated Suburban League teams. Dinwiddie hit three kicks, including a 34-yard field goal with 8:49 left in the third quarter to pull the Grizzlies even on the scoreboard. It was his first kick of any kind since a blocked extra point in the first quarter. He not only drilled his fourth-quarter field goal, but added another extra point after Jacob Earnest’s TD reception with 1:42 left to send the game into overtime.
⦁ Cole Ducas, Chagrin Falls: Ducas spurred the Tigers’ defense in a 39-22 win at Fairview with seven tackles, two sacks, two interceptions and a fumble recovery. Ducas also punted twice, averaging 52.5 yards.
⦁ Ryan Dwyer, Aurora: Dwyer completed 9 of 13 passes for 113 yards and two TDs to pace Aurora’s fast start in a 45-14 win against Tallmadge.
⦁ Jacob Earnest, Wadsworth: A junior linebacker, Earnest not only got in on several tackles but came up with a blocked extra point in overtime that sent Wadsworth on its way to an overtime win against Nordonia. Earnest hauled in a 27-yard TD pass from Brysen Hall with 1:42 left in regulation, pulling the Grizzlies even on the scoreboard in a battle of unbeatens. He also threw a two-point conversion pass earlier in the game.
⦁ Bradley Eaton, St. Edward: Eaton scored three times and totaled 199 yards from scrimmage in the Eagles’ 28-6 win against rival St. Ignatius at Baldwin Wallace in Berea. Eaton rushed for 157 yards on 17 carries while contributing at defensive back in the effort.
⦁ Marlin Engram Jr., Akron East: Engram threw for 205 yards and five TDs, completing 11 of 18 passes, to lead East past North, 45-6, in Akron City Series play.
⦁ Jackson Farley, Mentor: The Cardinals’ senior running back scored twice in the second quarter to help put away Shaker Heights, 45-6. Farley rushed for 130 yards on 13 carries.
⦁ Luke Farris, Revere: A third-year starting quarterback, Farris used his arm and legs to lead the Minutemen past Barberton. His 9-yard run early in the fourth quarter gave them the lead after two TD passes in the second quarter. Farris threw for 117 yards on 8-of-15 passing with another 60 yards on nine rushes.
⦁ Aaron French, Revere: Farris’ top target scored on both of his TD passes and finished with 75 yards on five receptions. Among them was an over-the-shoulder grab and toe-tap in the end zone on fourth down.
⦁ Nathan Judy, Hudson: A junior quarterback, Judey completed 19 of 22 passes for 261 yards and four TDs in Hudson’s win at Brecksville-Broadview Heights.
⦁ Jacob Kay, Chagrin Falls: Kay put up more than 300 yards from scrimmage at Fairview, rushing for 212 yards and two TDs on 19 carries. The quarterback also threw for 125 yards on 7 of 12 attempts.
⦁ Joe Kinney, North Royalton: The Bears’ quarterback completed 12 of 15 passes for 298 yards with four TDs in a 35-0 win against Stow-Munroe Falls.
⦁ Cole Kramer, Chagrin Falls: Kramer notched a team-high 16 tackles against Fairview with one sack and a forced fumble.
⦁ Chris Maloney, Benedictine: In his second game back from injury, Maloney rushed for 200 yards again. This time, he gained 200 yards and scored twice on 19 carries in the Bengals’ 42-9 win at Elyria Catholic.
⦁ Matt Maxey, Avon: The Eagles’ senior became their all-time receptions leader with No. 123 in his career on his first catch in their 49-7 win against Berea-Midpark. Maxey totaled 106 yards on eight receptions, bringing his career total to 130.
⦁ Josh Mommers, Rocky River: A senior, Mommers moved to quarterback to fill in for junior Ryan Taylor and completed 10 of 14 passes for 127 yards with a score to help beat North Olmsted. Mommers, who mostly plays safety and receiver, rushed for 69 yards and another score on 24 carries. He still played a little defense, too, and had a tackle on that side of the ball.
⦁ Keller Moten, Walsh Jesuit: His 9-yard TD run with 39 seconds left pushed Walsh to a 19-14 win against Archbishop Hoban for a huge statement in Division II. Walsh had lost 11 straight to the Knights. Moten, a senior quarterback, rushed for 141 yards and two TDs on 16 carries. He also threw for 152 yards and a score on 10-of-19 passing.
⦁ Casey Myser, Highland: Myser totaled 237 yards from scrimmage and scored four times against Kent Roosevelt. The junior rushed for three TDs with 159 yards on 15 carries. Myser added 78 yards on two receptions, including a 74-yard TD pass from Dylan Borla.
⦁ Owen Singleton, Olmsted Falls: A junior, Singleton rushed for 184 yards and three TDs on 20 carries to fuel the Bulldogs’ 44-13 win against Amherst.
⦁ Cooper Panteck, Gilmour Academy: A senior quarterback, Panteck completed 11 of 14 passes Saturday for 166 yards and three TDs in a 43-0 win at Cleveland Central Catholic. Top target Nick Illiano scored twice with 80 yards on four receptions.
⦁ Phil Partin, Manchester: The Panthers’ super sophomore rushed for 283 yards Friday and scored five TDs on 26 carries in Manchester’s 46-14 win vs. Massillon Tuslaw.
⦁ Max Paul, Kirtland: Starting in place of injured junior Jake LaVerde, Paul completed all four of his passes for 138 yards and a score in the Hornets’ win at Berkshire.
⦁ J.J. Pleasant, Strongsville: A senior safety, Pleasant ran back two kicks — one punt early for 70 yards and the opening kickoff of the second half — to fuel Strongsville’s 49-14 win at Medina.
⦁ Joey Pollock, Twinsburg: The returning All-Ohio quarterback ran in Twinsburg’s winning score with about three minutes left in a 27-21 rivalry win vs. Solon. Pollock had a hand in all four TDs for the Tigers. He rushed for three scores and 82 yards on 17 carries. Pollock also threw for 230 yards with another TD on 12-of-20 passing.
⦁ Riverside’s defense: Eastlake North managed just 9 yards and didn’t gain a first down against the Beavers, who put up a dam in their 34-0 home win. Senior linebackers West Wunderle and Matthew Priest have led them in tackling all season, but coach Jeremy Ishmael credited the whole group for this one.
⦁ Patrick Radigan, Lake Catholic: A senior receiver and cornerback, Radigan did a little bit of everything in the Cougars’ 46-17 win vs. Padua. Radigan hauled in four receptions for 100 yards and a score on offense. Defensively, he added four tackles. Additionally, Radigan had a 40-yard punt.
⦁ Randal Rosario, Bedford: A senior defensive tackle, Rosario came up with a scoop and score on a blocked punt that helped the Bearcats in their 35-0 shutout of Garfield Heights.
⦁ Zach Shackelford, Keystone: The Shack attack shook Brookside for 248 yards from scrimmage with four scores and a two-point conversion run in the Wildcats’ 43-14 rout of Brookside. Shackelford rushed for 96 yards and two TDs on five carries. He also threw for 153 yards and two scores on 3-of-6 passing.
⦁ Kent Staten, Bedford: The Bearcats’ sophomore quarterback scored three TDs to beat Garfield Heights. He totaled more than 120 yards, rushing for one score and threw for two more.
⦁ Frankie Trinetti, Lake Catholic: The Cougars’ senior quarterback threw for 324 yards and four TDs on 18-of-25 passing to lead their win vs. Padua.
⦁ Cole Walton, Aurora: A senior linebacker, Walton paced the Greenmen defense with seven tackles and two TFL against Tallmadge. He also had a quarterback hurry.
⦁ Mannix Wasco, North Royalton: Wasco paced North Royalton’s receivers with 142 yards and two TDs on five receptions.
⦁ Jairo Williams, Lorain: A returning All-Ohio receiver, Williams scored a school-record seven touchdowns with 371 yards from scrimmage in Lorain’s 57-20 win against Warrensville Heights. The senior turned nine receptions into 197 yards and two of his scores. The rest came on the ground with 174 yards on eight carries. Williams has 1,097 total yards and 19 TDs on the season.
⦁ Zionte Williams, Bedford: A sophomore, Williams ran back an interception from one end zone to the other to score and help preserve Bedford’s shutout of Garfield Heights. He also scored on offense with a 40-yard TD reception from Kent Staten.
⦁ Markese Wise, Harvey: Wise threw the tying and winning touchdown passes in the fourth quarter of a 41-34 win against West Geauga. Wise, who finished with 308 yards and five TDs on 18-of-25 passing hit Armani Hall for the tying score. He then connected with Chase Goines for the winning TD pass. Hall finished with two TDs and 95 yards on six receptions, while Trent Hull added 115 yards and two TDs on three receptions.
⦁ Drew Zelch, Chagrin Falls: Zelch scored three times in a win at Fairview with 104 yards on five receptions.
