With winds of 180 mph, Milton is now a Category 5 storm. It’s headed for Florida’s Gulf Coast, which is struggling to recover from Hurricane Helene. Several counties have issued mandatory evacuation orders and crews are working intensively to clear debris before Milton hits. NBC News’ Tom Llamas reports.
