Rap mogul P. Diddy didn’t get any special treatment while in prison despite being a millionaire.
Reality star, Timothy Smith who is a prisoner said, Diddy’s wealth is not a ticket for him to receive any privileges but rather all prisoners are treated equally.
“Money and wealth do not benefit him. Many think that the prison cell has facilities such as television and radio. All that was not there, instead the prisoners were only given a Bible and a book every week. That’s all,” he said as reported Daily Mail.
In the meantime, Smith said each prisoner is also only allowed to have some basic necessities such as shirts and sports shoes. In fact, they are only allowed to make phone calls once a month for only 30 minutes.
“If they find that there are excess necessities, an inspection will be made and the authorities will confiscate everything,” he said.
On September 16, Diddy was arrested by the police at a hotel on charges of sex trafficking and sexual violence. Diddy’s name is linked to the ‘Freak Off’ scandal which allegedly tricked women into engaging in sexual activities.
Diddy is said to record each act to silence the victim so as not to reveal the immoral activity publicly. The scandal became the focus of many when it also linked many other famous celebrities who were also victims of Diddy’s lust.
Diddy who is still in custody however did not confess to all the wrongdoing. – Agency
