MEDINA, Ohio — With Halloween drawing closer, Main Street Medina is inviting all ladies to fly over to the historic district and enjoy some witching fun during the fourth and final Ladies Night Out of 2024.
The spell will be woven from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 17, with local businesses offering wicked-fun shopping and dining experiences for ladies, who can also enjoy entertainment, activities and treats around the square.
Costumes are encouraged, and there will even be a costume judging contest. The first 200 ladies who show up in costume will receive free swag bags.
Main Street Medina Executive Director George Sam said the title sponsor for the evening is Summa Health and the swag bag sponsor is Tilted Farmer Food and spirits.
Nibble is the swag bag coordinator and Trillium Creek Dermatology and Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons are supporting sponsors.
“These events are always very fun and popular,” Sam said. “We have a lot of ladies show up, and we usually give away those 200 swag bags in the first 10 minutes.
“It’s a lot of fun, with people dressed up in costumes for the event.”
Sam said this event will be the final Ladies Night Out for 2024. He said Main Street Medina generally hosts four Ladies Night Out events each year, usually in March, May, July and October.
Main Street Medina is preparing for plans for next year’s batch of events.
“I do know the first Ladies Night Out next year will be St. Patrick’s Day themed,” he said.
