The PGGMB School organized a prayer meeting to face the PSR

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, OCT 9 – As an effort to pray for excellence and success in tomorrow’s exams, the Brunei Malay Teachers’ Federation (PGGMB) schools have held a prayer meeting, recitation of Yassin and a prayer for excellence for Year 6 students who will sit for the examination. The PGGMB schools in question are PGGMB Sungai Akar and STJ PGGMB Madang and STJ PGGMB Lambak with a total of 71 students participating in the ceremony held at Rashidah Saadatul Bolkiah Mosque.

Present at the ceremony were the Secretary General of PGGMB, Cikgu Haji Mustapa bin Haji Masri; PGGMB Sungai Akar School Headmaster, Cikgu Haji Ali bin Haji Mustapa; Headmaster of STJ PGGMB Madang, Cikgu Ismail bin Haji Tia; Headmaster of STJ PGGMB Lambak, Cikgu Haji Roslan bin Haji Hassan and parents and guardians and students.

The ceremony began with the Congregational Prayer, reading Yassin and the Prayer of Excellence led by the mosque’s imam, Awang Muhammad Faranuddin bin Haji Hassan.

The ceremony continued with a speech from Cikgu Haji Ali who expressed gratitude for the support of the PGGMB Secretary General, parents, guardians and school teachers for their cooperation and support in making the ceremony a success.

He stated that the event was the effort and commitment of the school so that the students would achieve excellence and success in their exams later.
