Edmonton weather: A wet Wednesday with wind-blown showers

A look at Wednesday’s Edmonton Weather from Environment Canada.

It’s 6 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station with 5 km/h winds out of the west southwest.

The autumn rain continues with a wet and windy Wednesday forecast.

Wednesday morning will see a 70 per cent chance of showers that will be reduced to 30 per cent by the afternoon, with a high of 12 C. The chance of showers will persist overnight, clearing by Thursday morning, which will be a sunny 12 C day with early-morning winds climbing to 40 km/h.

Thankfully the clouds are said to part by Saturday, with temperatures slowly climbing up close to 20 C by the weekend.
