After staying tight-lipped about her divorce from Ben Affleck, singer Jennifer Lopez has finally spoken out about the matter.
Without mentioning Ben’s name directly, Jennifer, 55, said the failure to maintain a household made her realize the true meaning of happiness. It is clear that Jennifer, or fondly called JLo, is beginning to realize that happiness is not sought from others, but from oneself.
“Having a life partner does not define who I really am. I can’t find happiness from other people, instead I have to find it in myself,” he said.
In the meantime, Jennifer said she is also not interested in a relationship if any man wants to approach her. Instead, he wants to focus on his solo life and spend time with his family and himself.
However, Jennifer said that despite often failing in marriage, she never regretted all the decisions made. He said, all the relationships he went through before taught him a lot to be more mature than before.
“It may have destroyed me but it also taught me a lot to mature myself as a woman,” she said.
For the record, Jennifer and Ben got married in 2022 after a year of dating again. The couple also dated in the early 2000s before calling it quits in 2003. It was Jennifer’s fourth marriage and Ben’s second. – Agency
