BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 11 OCT – As a continuous effort to beautify the environment with green plants and to involve Supervisory Partners (RS) in association activities, the Aftercare Support Association (AFSA) held a Fruit Tree Planting Campaign in the AFSA Bungalow area, today.
Present during the campaign were AFSA advisors, Major General (R) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin and Dato Jack Ting; AFSA President, Hajah Juhana binti Haji Mohd Jaya; Deputy Chairman of AFSA, Haji Mustapa bin Haji Masri as well as members of the AFSA and RS management committee.
After the planting of the fruit trees, the AFSA advisors were taken to visit the vegetable planting project at the AFSA Greenhouse and the AFSA Handicraft Workshop.
AFSA Secretary, Haji Mahali bin Haji Hassan when commenting on the campaign stated that the campaign was able to integrate the participation of RS members in carrying out the activities managed by AFSA through the commitment and solid cooperation exhibited in the plans and activities managed.
Apart from beautifying the environment of the bungalow, the campaign is also intended to involve the participation of RS members in the activities conducted by AFSA with the fruits that will be sold in the market to increase the income of AFSA and RS.
