Geis Cos. sells Gateway Commerce Center for $40M

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio – EQT Exeter, a Pennsylvania-based global real estate investment manager, has acquired the Gateway Commerce Center in Streetsboro, Ohio, for $40.2 million.

JLL represented the seller of the 434,000-square-foot Class A industrial property at 10242 State Route 43, which was a joint venture between Westminster Capital in Lake Forest, Illinois, and Geis Cos. in Streetsboro.

Delivered in 2022 as a speculative build, Gateway Commerce Center is 100% leased to FNS Inc., the California-based third-party logistics company specializing in ocean freight, trucking, air freight, warehousing, customs clearance and logistics consulting, JLL said in a statement.
