CLEVELAND, Ohio – Members of a new Cleveland task force arrested a man Tuesday and accused him of being involved in the massive street takeover that took place last month.
Police Chief Dorothy Todd announced the arrest of a 25-year-old man for his role in the chaos on Lee Road and Miles Avenue on Sept. 28.
