WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Emergency services are on the scene of a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian where one person is unresponsive.
The call came in around 5:38 p.m. from near Sedgwick County Park at 13th and Ridge Rd.
Sedgwick County Dispatch confirmed to KSN the pedestrian is unresponsive.
Police have completely blocked off 13th St. while crews work.
