BELAIT, OCT 22 – More than 20 members of the Teraja Longhouse committee have worked together to repair and replace the bridge and path leading to Wasai Teraja recently.
As a result of fallen trees blocking and making it difficult to travel to Wasai, committee members have cut the fallen trees and carried out cleaning work along the route to ensure residents and visitors are safe to pass through.
In addition, the bridges to cross the creek have also been replaced for the comfort and safety of visitors. With the completion of the work, the committee hopes that it will help ease the path to the wasai.
The committee stated that 569 individuals have visited Rumah Panjang and Wasai Teraja since the beginning of this year.
