CANTON, Ohio – When you walk into Gridiron Gastropub at the Hall of Fame Village, you will know the theme immediately.
OK, the name is a giveaway, but the theme carries through every nook like Nick Chubb on a good day tearing through a defense. The restaurant is set to open 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, in the former Don Shula’s American Kitchen.
