CLEVELAND, Ohio – For years, many health and human services employees have been able to work part of the time from their homes, but a new policy adopted this week will expand the perk to all Cuyahoga County staff.
County council on Tuesday unanimously passed an ordinance allowing departments to set their own terms for which county employees are able to work remotely and how often. All plans must be approved by Human Resources Director Sarah Nemastil and Executive Chris Ronayne’s Chief of Staff Erik Janas.
