BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 23 OCT – In order to increase the company’s understanding of tax administration in this country as well as help companies to increase awareness of Corporate Income Tax compliance, a Corporate Income Tax Information Session was held yesterday at Multi-Purpose Room 2, Floor 3, Island Block, Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE).
The fundraising session organized by MOFE through the Revenue Division was delivered by the Financial Officer from the Revenue Division, MOFE, Awang Nor Taufiq bin Haji Rajali.
In that session, he among others explained thoroughly about Corporate Income Tax including Basis of Assessment, Tax Compliance, Tax Estimation and Tax Filing in accordance with the Income Tax Act, Chapter 35.
