BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 23 OCT – Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) announced that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 1 November, starting at 9:30 am at Tarindak D’Seni, Jalan Residency, Bandar Seri Begawan.
According to the bank’s statement, registration for BIBD members will be open from 8 am to 9:15 am. Only members who are registered up to the closing date on September 21 are eligible to attend and vote in this 2024 AGM.
For authentication purposes, all attendees, including members, proxies or authorized representatives, are required to bring their original identity cards or passports.
While for members who intend to appoint a proxy or authorized representative, they need to complete the nomination form and authorization of proxy together with a copy of their identity card or passport and the appointed party. Completed forms must be submitted to the Registrar of BIBD Shares, Tricor (B) Sdn Bhd, at least 48 hours before the start of the meeting.
Accordingly, documents related to the 2024 AGM can be downloaded through the BIBD official website and have been sent to members through Aegis Secure Data Solutions Sdn Bhd (ASDS).
