Alberta RCMP have arrested the last of four men charged in a 2023 homicide in Edmonton’s McCauley neighbourhood, police said Thursday.

On April 8, 2023, at around 5:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a “critically injured” man in an apartment building lobby near 97 Street and 109 Avenue.

Officers and emergency paramedics found Gabriel Dumont, 35, dead.

His autopsy revealed he died of a “gunshot injury” in a homicide, police said.

This autumn, police charged Dustin Matthew Couterielle-Hilton, 33, Percy William Stanley Littlechild, 31, and Jordan Lee Travis Roasting, 34, with first-degree murder in Dumont’s death.

Edmonton police said in an Oct. 3 news release they issued warrants for Joshua Adam Raymond, 31, who was wanted on charges of first-degree murder.

Sherwood Park RCMP arrested Raymond on Wednesday.
