CLEVELAND, Ohio — A winning Powerball ticket was sold in Georgia for the Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024, drawing and is worth an estimated $478.2 million.
The ticket was purchased at a Quick Mart in Buford, Ga., according to the Powerball lottery. The winning numbers of 2-15-27-29-39 Powerball 20 were selected using the Quik Pik option.
The jackpot is the largest in Georgia history. The winner can choose between 29 annual payments or a lump sum of $230.6 million before taxes.
The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, Oct. 26 is $20 million. Meanwhile, the Mega Millions jackpot for the Friday, Oct. 25 drawing is an estimated $229 million.
Saturday’s Classic Lotto jackpot is $17.6 million.

The Rolling Cash 5 jackpot for the next drawing is $100,000 for hitting all five numbers and the odds of winning are 1-in-575,757.
Drawings for Pick 3, Pick 4 and Pick 5 are twice daily, at 12:29 p.m. and 7:29 p.m. The drawing for the Rolling Cash 5 is each night at 7:35 p.m.
Classic Lotto draws at 7:05 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The odds of winning the jackpot with a $1 ticket are 1-in-13,983,816.
Lucky for Life draws at 10:30 p.m. each night. The odds of winning the jackpot with a $2 ticket are 1 in 30,821,472.
