The International Criminal Court announced on Friday that it had replaced, for health reasons, one of the judges who will rule on a request by prosecutors to issue an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a move that could lead to further postponement of the case, according to Reuters.
