BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 14 OCT – The Jerudong B Village Consultation Council (MPK) received a return visit from a part of the Seria Mukim Consultation Council, yesterday.
The delegation from Mukim Seria, which was accompanied by more than 50 members, was led by the Village Head of RPN Lorong Tengah Seria, Awang Shaiful Faizal bin Angas. Also joining the group was the Village Leader of RPN Lorong 3 Penaga Seria, Awang Syaiful Faizal Bin Angas.
Earlier, MPK Jerudong B visited the Seria Mukim Consultation Council on June 16.
The purpose of the return visit is to learn more about the One Product One Village (1P1K) program available in Jerudong Village. In addition to strengthening the relationship between the two MPKs.
Present as the guest of honor was Penghulu Mukim Sengkurong, Doctor Haji Abdullah Hanif bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Dinda Haji Saman. The ceremony took place at the Sengkurong Mukim Community Hall where a silat performance was also held.
After the ceremony in the hall, the tour group headed to Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque, Kampong Jerudong. Then continued with a visit to Taman Madu Kelulut, Hajah Halimah Mini Museum and Jerudong Beach for some activities such as tug-of-war, throwing coconuts and visiting sales stalls.
