BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, SEPT 5 – Acer which offers an interactive shopping experience for various latest devices has inaugurated the opening of its first concept store in Brunei, located at Concepts Computer, Kiulap, in the capital, today.
“We are very happy to inaugurate the first Acer Concept Store in Brunei. Strong support from the people of Brunei is fundamental to our mission to bridge the technology gap,” said Acer’s Consumer Business Director, Johnson Seet.
Among other things, the store features interactive displays and live demonstrations of products, including artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced devices and Predator brand high-performance devices and lifestyle gear, Acerpure.
Since 2012, Acer has partnered with the Ontime Service Network to provide comprehensive after-sales support, ensuring timely assistance and expert solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
In conjunction with the opening of the store, Acer also organized an annual themed Acer Day Al’m Limitlessinvites users to explore Acer products designed to enhance the experience and push the boundaries of technology. In addition, the event also witnessed a promotional event Flash Sale specials with discounts that attract many customers including laptops, desktops and accessories at low prices.
Concepts Computer also welcomed the opening of the concept store by offering additional promotions, including Gamer’s desktop with Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA RTX graphics.
Throughout the month of September, Acer is offering a special promotion with Excapade vouchers for the purchase of selected products.
Vincent Pao from Concepts Computer expressed his happiness with the opening of the Acer Concept Store, noting that the 20-year collaboration with Acer Malaysia has strengthened their relationship and introduced a more modern and innovative Acer brand to customers in the country.
