Economy and business: They agreed after negotiating 14 hours of overtime.
– NJ in NRK went into the match with high expectations. With this result, NJ’s members are assured of purchasing power and well, if the official forecasts for price and interest rate developments are correct, says Rolf Johansen, who is head of negotiations for NJ at NRK.
He highlights a new Friday addition as one of the important results in the settlement.
– An important victory is to bring in a new Friday supplement, which compensates for the disadvantages of being at work beyond Friday evening, while the rest of Norway takes a weekend. Many members experience a great strain with frequent weekend and evening work, he says.
In addition to a general addition of NOK 36,000 to all members, they agreed that disadvantage rates at the weekend will be adjusted by 7.5 per cent.
