VIENTIANE, SEPT 6 – Representatives of member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in the 21st ASEAN Defense Forces Chiefs Meeting met here to discuss key issues affecting regional security and defense cooperation, reports Xinhua.
