The eagerly awaited start of Norwegian hurdles world record holder Karsten Warholm in the Swedish national jersey at the Diamond League meeting in Zurich has been cancelled. Warholm cancelled his participation in the 400 meter hurdles at short notice due to an injury. On Wednesday evening he had lost a show race over 100 meters against pole vault world record holder Armand “Mondo” Duplantis and was supposed to compete in his Swedish conqueror’s national colors in honor of his Swedish conqueror.
