BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 07 OCT – Members of the Improvement Committee of the Muslim Section of the RPN Kampong Pandan Mosque, Belait District have recently held a program to read the Quran until the end of January 2024 which is specifically intended to be read so that His Majesty the King Raja Isteri is always in good health and under the protection of Allah SWT.
The program held in conjunction with the Puja Day of His Majesty His Majesty the King’s Wife of Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha, today drew its curtain by holding an Al-Quran khatam ceremony that took place at the mosque.
Present as the guest of honor at the event was Dayang Hajah Noramalina binti Haji Md Ali, Wife of Belait District Mosque Affairs Officer.
Among the purposes of the program is to respond to the call of His Majesty the Sultan and the Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam to make Brunei Darussalam a Nation of Remembrance in addition to being a special worshiper before the ceremony of His Majesty the King Hajah Saleha’s wife Pengiran.
With this charitable program, the organizers hope that the participants will be able to increase their love for the Al-Quran, receive blessings and intercession and be able to double their acts of worship by constantly reading the Al-Quran in addition to being able to strengthen friendships between group members from various agencies and attract more many Muslim groups to always prosper the mosque together.
