In 2000, Ajax Eichwalde was awarded a Bronze Star of Sport in Brandenburg for the second year in a row for its free outdoor sports program. The club received the prize of 1,500 euros for its “Second Fitness Area for the Eichwalde Community” project, which is awarded by Berliner Volksbank in its Brandenburg market area, at a ceremony in Potsdam. A total of six clubs were honored.
Ajax Eichwalde 2000 advances to the next round in the competition and can hope to win a silver Star of Sport. The awards ceremony will take place on November 26, 2024 in the State Chancellery in Potsdam. The winner there will qualify for the national final, which will take place in Berlin.
